A Surprising New Item Is To Be Added By Taco Bell In Its Menu

A new item is being added to its menu by Taco Bell which the brand’s fans might not be able to relate with the company. And the company is offering the new item for only a week.

Starting January 6 next year, crispy chicken wings will be added to its menu by the fast-food restaurant chain. However, this would be available for a limited period in its outlets in the United States

Five, bone-in wings that are covered in queso seasoning and served with a spicy ranch dipping sauce, will be contained in each order, Taco Bell said.

The company will be selling this new item only after 2 pm and cost $5.99.

“Taco Bell is no stranger to taking a familiar favorite and putting a unique spin on it (nacho fries, anyone?!) and wings are the latest creation from the test kitchen masterminds,” the chain said about the unusual menu addition.

For years, fast-food chains have had chicken wings on their menus, such as those of McDonald’s Mighty Wings. However during the pandemic, with a growing demand by consumers to eat comfort food, this food product has gained even more popularity in recent times.

Their chicken wing offerings have been expanded by Chili’s parent company Brinker International, Applebee’s and even DJ Khaled.

Chicken wings are fantastic for delivering and feeding large numbers of people, according to Peter Saleh, a restaurant analyst with BTIG.

“It keeps its warmth. You may buy enough to serve a family or a group of people, making it more communal “he stated.

It’s possible that the inclusion will lift Taco Bell fans’ spirits. They haven’t been pleased with the chain’s decision to reduce its menu. It discontinued a variety of items last year, including Mexican Pizza, pico de gallo, and shredded chicken.
