The deal has multiple synergies that bode well for Exabeam.

Exabeam, a California-based cybersecurity firm stated it has acquired Israeli cloud application security company SkyFormation for an undisclosed amount.

The financial details of the acquisition are yet to be disclosed.

Exabeam’s first acquisition follows its recent $75 million funding round.

The deal will enable Exabeam to establish an office in Israel, tap local Israeli talent and help relocate customer data and their businesses to the cloud while providing strong online security.

In a statement, Exabeam stated, SkyFormation’s tools allows organizations to collect logs from over 30 cloud services into any security information and event management tool, including those offered by it.
