On Friday, Apple Inc’s spokesman said, it is reopening all of its 42 branded stores in China after more than a month since they have been shut due to China’s coronavirus.
The iPhone maker’s Chinese website listed the opening time for all stores, which varies from 10:00 am to 11:00 am local time.
In early February, Apple had announced the shuttering of its branded stores in China.
In late January, China had placed curbs on travel and had asked its residents to avoid public places ahead of its Lunar New Year festival.
In February, Apple sold less than half a million iPhones in China, according to government data even as the Coronavirus outbreak halved demand for smartphones.
