On Friday in a statement, the Commercial Aircraft Corp of China Ltd (COMAC) stated, the sixth prototype of its home-built C919 narrowbody passenger plane has completed its first test flight.

The prototype of the C919 is the last test plane COMAC had planned for the program; it was scheduled to fly before the end of this year.

COMAC stated, the test flight from Shanghai lasted for two hours and five minutes.
