Apple is mobilizing suppliers to unveil its first models of 5G iPhones.
On Wednesday, a report from the Nikkei Asian Review stated, Apple Inc is mobilizing suppliers to launch its first 5G iPhones.
“It will be the first time Apple introduces 5G iPhones … There will be three of them and the company has set an aggressive sales target,” said the report citing a source.
Three 5G capable iPhones carrying modem chip designed by Qualcomm Inc, will be launched, said Nikkei citing four people familiar with the plan.
Neither Apple nor Qualcomm responded to requests for comments.
