Going by its revenue forecasts, MaxLinear’s revenues have not been materially affected by this disruption.

In a significant development, MaxLinear Inc, a radio-frequency chip maker disclosed it has stopped shipping its semiconductors to Huawei Technologies Co Ltd and its affiliates.

MaxLinear stated it cannot predict when shipments to Huawei will resume.

The company has revised its second-quarter revenues to be in the range of $80 million to $85 million, down from its earlier forecast of $83 million to $88 million.
