The leak of a confidential information that China’s Huawei, a vehicle for Chinese intelligence, will be partly allowed to build Britain’s 5G networks, will be taken up the British Parliament today. Apart from the gravity of the leak, the more crucial matter is putting a price tag on Britain’s security.
On Thursday, Britain Labour Party stated, a minister from the British government will be called to parliament to answer a question on the findings of an inquiry into the leak of a confidential information relating to Huawei.
On Wednesday, British Prime Minister Theresa May fired her defense minister Gavin Williamson over a leak of discussions in the National Security Council.
