Microsoft has demanded that Foxconn pay patent royalties in its latest lawsuit.
On Tuesday, Foxconn’s CEO Terry Gou stated, it does not expect to suffer any loss as a result of a lawsuit filed by Microsoft Corp.
In its lawsuit, Microsoft has stated, Foxconn has not paid its patent royalties.
At a press conference in Taipei, Gou stated, Foxconn, whose name to fame is because of its contractual obligations as an assembler of Apple’s iPhones, “will almost not suffer any loss” as a result of the lawsuit.
