The alliance is weighing its options of extending their collaboration in various technologies including, autonomous vehicles, advanced batteries and mobility services.
On Wednesday, Renault-Nissan and Daimler stated, they could possibly expand their cooperation to include autonomous cars, battery technology and mobility services.
“The industry being in transformation in the area of connectivity, autonomous cars and connected services, there are plenty of areas of cooperation for our entities,” said Carlos Ghosn, Renault Nissan’s CEO to a news conference in Paris.
