The Russian safety watchdog has called on the Japanese automaker to recall a series of its cars for issues concerning the deployment of its airbag.
On Wednesday, Russia’s Rosstandart, a technical safety watchdog, has called Nissan Motor Co Ltd to recall 106,340 of its cars in Russia.
As per Rosstandart, the recall would affect the Nissan Terrano II, Nissan Almera, Nissan Tino, Nissan Teana, Nissan Patrol, Nissan Pickup and the Nissan X-Trall models produced between Feb. 19, 2001 and Nov. 28, 2012.
The recall is aimed at addressing an issue with these vehicle’s safety device.
