It appears that the rumours of ‘The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’ appearing on console platforms including the Xbox One and the Playstation 4 are true.
Bethesda, the developer, had ported the game to these modern consoles as part of last year’s development process that also saw the porting of the wildly popular Fallout 4.
As you may have guessed, along with Skyrim, its mods are also being ported gradually ported to Bethesda’s framework, which allows players to make customizations on consoles.
The visuals in this version has been worked on and are much improved from its predecessors, which were already stunning. Check out this trailer.
For those who are looking forward to riding dragons, Bethesda’s Skyrim will allow that.
Here’s hoping Bethesda has managed to keep under controls the pesky issue of piracy and that it does not impact gameplay.
The new consoles will be launched on October 28. You still have some time to get ready for them.
