Samsung Electronics will investment 11 trillion won annually upto 2030, so as to become the world no.1 in logic chips.

On Wednesday, Samsung Electronics stated it would be sinking in $9.57 billion (11 trillion won) annual through 2030 in its logic chip businesses, including its foundry business.

The investment by Samsung Electronics, the world leader in memory chips, totals to 133 trillion won upto 2030.

“The investment plan is expected to help the company to reach its goal of becoming the world leader in not only memory semiconductors but also logic chips by 2030,” said Samsung.
