The affected cards include Tesla, GeForce, Quadro, Grid and NVS.

On Wednesday, Nvidia Corp confirmed that some of its chipsets have been affected by the Spectre vulnerability and that potentially hackers can exploit the bug by corrupting memory, bypass the operating system and steal the passwords of devices.

Nvidia is in the process of providing an initial security update to mitigate the vulnerabilities in its affected chipsets, which include Tesla, GeForce, Quadro, Grid and NVS.
